Alison Owen Founder & Director MNZSTA
Alison has extensive experience as a Speech Language Therapist and is a member of the NZ Speech Therapists' Association. She has been in private practice since 1995.
In 2005 she established Voice Culture to provide accent reduction, focused training and coaching services to individuals and businesses and to meet the unique speech, voice and communication needs of the corporate sector.

Kirstie Holmes Speech Pathologist B. Sp Path MSPAA CPSP
Kirstie Holmes completed a Bachelor of Speech Pathology in Melbourne. She has specialist paediatric experience in a range of areas, including articulation, language, literacy and stuttering disorders. Kirstie is also involved in developing the area of accent modification at Voice Culture, and has done specialist training in this area. She is a certified practitioner and member of the Speech Pathologists Association Australia.

Jocelyn Shaw Speech Therapist Dip Tchg MNZSTA
Jocelyn has specialist knowledge and wide experience in the field of Speech and Language disorders, having recently worked in a paediatric unit for children with special needs. She is passionate about developing speech and communication skills with children and has experience with pre-schoolers, primary and secondary school students. Jocelyn is a member of the New Zealand Speech Therapists Association.

Julie Wilk Client Liaison Executive
Julie has a background in office administration including accounting, marketing and customer liaison and has worked in a variety of industries as well as the medical sector.

Mike Drew Consultant
A founding director of UK based Corporate Games Ltd., Mike has been responsible for individual and group coaching of senior management in voice production, speech delivery and presentation.
Trained in New York and London in acting and voice production he has worked as a professional stage, film, television and radio actor, director, producer and presenter for 25 years throughout Europe, USA and Asia.
As a voice actor, he has played numerous characters in over fifty BBC radio dramas, award winning animation series, documentaries and presentation for BBC Wildlife, Disney, The National Trust, English Heritage, National Geographic and Discovery Channel. He can be heard in over 40 countries.
Today in New Zealand, if you listen to radio, watch TV or visit the movies, you'll hear his voice...but not always recognise it.
